Hills and Mills

All breaks can be tailored to suit your particular needs but here is a sample itinerary for a 3-night 

weekend stay at any of the accommodation options with running as your main activity:

A typical 3-day running break at Hills & Mills:

Friday

3- 5pm Guests arrive: meet & greet at your accommodation and fuel on tea and cake!

5pm – 7pm Either a 45 minute run from your accommodation or a chance to use the gym or pool for 

Woodland Spa Guests.

7.30pm Dinner at a local Inn/restaurant for Country Farm Guests or at Bertram’s Restaurant for 

Woodland Spa Guests.


Saturday

10am – 12pm Guided Run: length & terrain depending upon ability.

1pm Lunch provided in your apartment

2pm – 4pm Your time: Feel free to pre-book extra activities for the afternoon (eg. High Ropes, Laser 

Combat), have a bit of retail therapy time in the nearby mill shops, or guided cycling/ walking can be 

arranged if preferred. 

4pm – Tea & cakes available at your apartment.

5pm – 7pm Thermal Experience for Woodland Spa guests.

8pm Dinner at a local Inn/restaurant for Country Farm Guests or at Bertram’s Restaurant for 

Woodland Spa Guests.


Sunday

10am – 12pm Guided Run: length & terrain depending upon ability.

1pm Lunch provided in your apartment

8am – 9am Early Guided Run before breakfast 

Rest of day free to suit your needs or to travel safely home.

Woodland Spa guests have the option to use gym & pool.
